We pride ourselves in how we deal with the day to day running of our business and every effort is made to make sure you, as the customer, are happy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please get in touch.
About your order
Shipments will be processed within 2 working days after ordered, delivery time will be 2-4 working days from posting but please note this is not in our control as relies on Royal Mail providing a speedy service. We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, and they do often go out the same day.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can look at putting it right before you leave any feedback. We are only a small start-up business and so your happiness with a product is really important to us. Once you have contacted us and if we agree your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. We welcome feedback, so please contact us before sending anything back. Personalised cards are not returnable unless there is an issue on our part. Names/text is copied and pasted so please ensure you include the correct spelling etc.
